Find Joe and Jenny: The global hunt for the owner of an engraved ring

An Australian couple have been reunited with a missing ring after a social media post travelled around the world.

Roxy Walsh, from the Palm Beach, Queensland, was snorkeling on April 7 in Bali at Finns Beach with her nephew when she got caught in a strong current and pulled onto rocks. While holding on, she noticed the ring, picked it up and popped it on her finger to continue swimming

It wasn't until later she noticed its significance. The ring was engraved with a crest and a message: "Darling Joe, Happy 70th Birthday 2009. Love Jenny."

Walsh posted a message on the Facebook page of her company, Kids of Adelaide, which has more than 5,000 followers, asking for help in locating the couple. Read more...
