LOS ANGELES — All aboard the express train to crazy town, where Neil Patrick Harris commemorates Thomas the Tank Engine's 70th anniversary in a Funny or Die video during which he basically just shouts at children.

"Since I’m morally obligated to not do that in my real life, I thought it’d be potentially cathartic to shout at paid professional child actors instead," Harris, 41, told Mashable. "They were lovely — once they stopped crying."
