What we know about Mohammed Emwazi AKA 'Jihadi John'

The Islamic State (ISIS) militant known as "Jihadi John" has been named as Mohammed Emwazi, a British man from West London.

His identity, which has been known to British security services for some time, was revealed in a Washington Post report Thursday morning.

Emwazi has been seen in several videos purporting to show the killing of western hostages, including American journalist James Foley, U.S. journalist Steven Sotloff, British aid worker David Haines, British taxi driver Alan Henning and American aid worker Adbul-Rahman Kassig. Read more...
