Woman dead after cannibal attack in Wales

LONDON — A man suspected of murdering a woman in Wales is reported to have been engaging in an act of cannibalism when police arrived at the scene.

The man, 34-year-old Matthew Williams who was in a relationship with the dead woman, was tasered and arrested by police but became unresponsive shortly afterwards and died, BBC News has reported.

The man was reportedly found in a hotel room eating parts of the woman's face
