Vial sent to newspaper's office; sender claims it's Ebola

A vial has been sent to a New Zealand newspaper office with a letter claiming it contained the deadly Ebola virus, the newspaper revealed Tuesday.


Sky News reported the vial was sent from a "jihadist group" to an unknown office, while the New Zealand Herald has claimed on Twitter it ended up in their mailroom and is on the way to Australia.

Health Minister Jonathan Coleman told Fairfax Media there is a police investigation underway to determine the details surrounding the vial. Read more...
