Tom Brokaw picks up phone on live TV: 'I will remember to bring home the milk'

Tom Brokaw made everyone's election night a little more interesting with an inadvertent addition to his political commentary

An alarm went off on the journalist's phone as he discussed the race for Kentucky's U.S. Senate seat on MSNBC.

The alarm blared on as Brokaw, unaware, continued discussing the race. Eventually, he realized what was going on and handled it like a pro, faking a shopping emergency. "I will remember to bring home the milk," he said
