'SNL' cold open spoofs immigration reform with 'Schoolhouse Rock!'

Saturday Night Live's Capitol Hill cold open saw the return of an old childhood favorite: Schoolhouse Rock! But halfway through Kenan Thompson's rousing rendition of "I'm Just a Bill," Jay Pharoah as U.S. President Barack Obama shows up to derail the show

In keeping with Obama's plan to enact executive actions on immigration reform, Pharoah replaces Thompson with a new Schoolhouse Rock! character: Bobby Moynihan as Executive Order. In the wise words of this new addition to the cast: "I'm an executive order, and I pretty much just happen."
