There's No Tweet These 'Book of Life' Mariachis Can't Play Beautifully

LOS ANGELES — When the Book of Life mariachis take requests, they're literally taking requests for anything.

Wednesday was "Mariachi My Tweet" night over at The Book of Life's Twitter feed, where the Los Angeles eight-piece Mariachi Los Toros (playing as the @BookofLifeMovie Mariachis) would turn any tweet into a catchy, dead-perfect mariachi melody.

Between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. PT, the band fielded more than 1,000 tweets with the hashtag #MariachiMyTweet, 45 of which were turned into 20-seconds of pure fiesta.
