New Croissant-Hybrid 'Baissant' Brings Crumbs Bakery Back to Life

The bake shop reopened on Oct. 14 in New York City, with future plans to reopen 24 stores across the U.S
The Crumbs revival comes with a new menu breakfast item: the curiously-named "baissant." Lemonis tells Mashable that the "baissant" is made with both bagel and croissant doughs which are interwoven and baked.
