Marvel Comics' Rebooting for First Time in 3 Years With 'Secret Wars'

It's been two years since the Marvel comic book universe rebooted its titles with a new core storyline, which the new "Secret Wars" brand will do in May 2015, the publishing arm announced Thursday — effectively bringing the three-year-old "Time Runs Out" arc to a close in the same month that Avengers: Age of Ultron hits movie theaters.

That's a neat bit of synergy in that the "Age of Ultron" comics were a major crossover event in the Marvel Now! initiative, which brought its Avengers, New Avengers and spinoff titles back to issues numero uno in 2012.
