'Big Hero 6' at Comic Con: Are These Disney's Power Rangers?

NEW YORK — The minds behind Disney's Frozen showed off several scenes from Big Hero 6, the studio's follow-up to the $1.27 billion global blockbuster, at New York Comic Con on Thursday.

Four clips, shown exclusively to the in-house audience inside the Javits Center, gave fans a better feel of what to expect from the film's inflatable robot Baymax — who looks like a much fatter, taller Pillsbury Doughboy — as well as the other occupants of San Fransokyo.

The panel ended with a sizzle reel (above), set to the music of Fall Out Boy's "Immortal," that showcased the team of coed crime-fighters and Baymax all decked out in battle armor and outfits that made them look like Disney-fied Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Read more...
