The app launched Thursday, timed with Comic Con this week, on iPhone, Android and Windows phones. All you have do is select one of the hand-drawn avatars — ranging from an elegant pirate named Uni to a gnarly dragon named Dough — and start typing. The app then automatically illustrates the conversation as it unfolds with each line you type appearing as text in a bubble above the characters.
