5 Top Crowdsourced 'Secrets' for an Amazing Trip to Iceland

Iceland has skyrocketed in popularity as an out-of-the-ordinary vacation destination — so much so that it's becoming a stretch to call it out-of-the-ordinary. The country's growing popularity has been clear for a while, but a new campaign seeks to feature some of the lesser-known highlights of the mid-Atlantic island.

Promote Iceland asked people to submit their favorite "secrets" about Iceland, and received more than 100,000 suggestions, which they curated into a single itinerary for one lucky winner, Jennifer Asmundson.
