Photo Series Reveals the Creepy Truth in 'Mystery Meat'

Chicken nuggets are delicious, but not when you know what's in some of them. Photographer Peter Augustus serves a plate of truth right in front of you.

In his photo series, Augustus plates popular dishes in Western culture with the real "mystery meat," replacing it with the raw animal part it came from. That "all white meat" nugget doesn't seem as tasty when there's a chicken leg right next to it.
