LOS ANGELES — One day after HBO executives hinted at major True Detective Season 2 casting news coming down the pike, two actors are said to be circling roles on the upcoming installment of the anthology series

First up, Colin Farrell is in serious talks with the network to star in Season 2, which will be set in California, as Deadline first reported.
